TERNE VISHART MANAGING PARTNER

Terne support our clients within operations, leadership and facilitation through short and long-term engagement. She has comprehensive experience with design thinking, lean as well as planning and undertaking complex facilitation and co-creation processes.
Before Project Bloom, she was founder and managing partner in This Design Tool providing key support for transformation processes inside among others IKEA, Novo Nordisk, DR and IBM and recently she was Head of Operational Excellence in Banedanmark.

KRISTIAN FEVEJLE PARTNER

Kristian support our clients within strategy, operations and leadership through assignments and long-term engagement. He has deep knowledge of lean, business transformation, people and management and has himself driven significant changes within both public and private sector companies.
Before Project Bloom, he was Chief of Staff at Region Sealand, Director of Business Development at Aleris Hamlet Hospitals A/S and recently he was Project Director at Banedanmark.

NIS LAUNTOFT SENIOR CONSULTANT

Nis is a Microsoft Power Platform specialist with deep IT systems and integration expertise. He leverages extensive experience in complex processes and data metrics to help clients enhance organisational and process performance.
Nis has a strong background in business analysis and system development, with hands-on experience in system specifications and process application implementation. He previously worked with Banedanmark and PFA Pension.

KASPER HØEBERG SENIOR CONSULTANT

Kasper is a specialist in general medicine with extensive knowledge and experience across all sectors of the healthcare system, including municipal and private practice. Leveraging his broad clinical expertise and deep organizational insight, Kasper supports our clients with analysis, optimization, and development of healthcare services.
Kasper's background includes significant experience as a general practitioner and medical advisor, along with clinical roles in five somatic hospitals and one psychiatric hospital within the Region of Seeland and the Capital Region.
