AKADEMIKERNE
We helped Akademikerne improve quality and efficiency in their production of deliverables into the political decision-making process.
SITUATION
Akademikerne continuously provide support and information to decisionmakers containing various political and socioeconomic elements, however the process of doing so was diverse and led to inconsistency in time, quality and resource allocation.
RESULTS
Through mapping and analysis a series of standards products were developed, which in total made up app. 80% of the total production. Subsequently standard production plans were setup for each of these products leading to significant improvements in quality and consistency in terms of Akademikerne deliverables.
DELIVERABLES
An end-to-end analysis of the production process and categorization leading to reduction and standardization of 80% of the production. Defined standard tools for planning, undertaking and systematic improvement of processes and KPIs to follow performance and quality. Training of managers to lead the change of behavior necessary for adoption on new process, systems and tools.
