BANEDANMARK
We are supporting Banedanmark in successfully advancing the megaproject to rebuild Aarhus Station.
SITUATION
Aarhus Station is undergoing a complete rebuild over two years to improve rail traffic by enhancing precision, speed, and transitioning to electric trains.
The project is highly complex, requiring extensive planning and coordination among multiple contractors.
RESULTS
The project is on track and has reached a major milestone—tendering. During this phase, we supported both the project team and senior management in addressing key issues such as production planning, budgeting, environmental concerns, and safety.
We also tackled several tasks, including the modeling and design of the drainage system, managing safety and regulatory requirements, conducting risk analysis, developing tender strategies, and handling stakeholder management and contracting.
DELIVERABLES
We provide ongoing support in the final design stages to ensure quality standards and deadlines are met. Additionally, we collaborate with local managers and staff to implement LEAN production system principles during construction.
We are now setting up systems for monitoring progress, problem-solving, and continuous learning throughout construction.

We have provided support throughout the final design process including analysis of specific subject matters and production of project material.
