We helped EGN improve quality in network meetings in order to ensure quality and branding as means for further growth.
SITUATION
EGN develop and manage professional networks in 16 countries, however as a result of growth there was a need to align and improve the approach applied by EGN network chairs in order to ensure quality and branding as means for futher growth.
RESULTS
A unified approach to planning and management of network meetings across EGN which in turn has provided for higher quality, improved growth and loyalty among members.
DELIVERABLES
A comprehensive set of tools developed on the basis of co-creation principles allowing for network chairs to act and contribute to development of their own and other networks through a process of continues improvement. A complete training package for application of the tools and undertaking of training of 100+ EGN network chairs across the 16 countries.
OUR ROLE
Project Bloom has developed the toolbox, training package, system for continuous improvement and undertaking training of EGN network chairs.
