We helped RSA Scandinavia develop their new brand strategy and trained top 100 nordic managers to meet their three-year target.

SITUATION

RSA Scandinavia need to rebrand their business and define the journey towards its achievement in order to adapt to market change and meet targets defined in their business strategy.

RESULTS

A defined new brand that provided for RSA to meet their three-year strategic targets. An overview of current state in terms of ongoing initiatives within each business branch and a plan for alignment and implementation across the company. 

DELIVERABLES

Analysis of current state through facilitation of a series of workshop and management trainings (top 100 in Scandinavia) providing for development of the new brand strategy and subsequent plans for implementation. Defined brand priorities aligned with strategic targets and market changes. An organisation-wide training of trainers to achieve the wished transformation of business.

OUR ROLE

Terne (as partner in This Design Tool through Format Agency) provided support throughout the process including analysis, planning, design and undertook training of managers and trainers.
